Manufacturer's Warranty

The Electric Handcycle Attachments are supplied with a Manufacturer's Warranty which covers replacement of defective parts for the following periods from the date of purchase;

​

• Motor and Frame - 2 years.

• Electronic and Mechanical Components (LCD Display, Controller, Battery etc) - 1 year.

• Consumable Parts (Tyres, Brake Pads, etc) - 6 months.

In the event of a claim please contact WillStreetTWF.com who will; help diagnose the problem, liaise with the factory to source any necessary replacement parts and provide advice on fitting them.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

​​

Customer to disassemble the device and repack in the original packaging and box so as to avoid damage to the device during transport.

​​

WillStreetTWF.com will arrange for a courier to collect the packaged device at a time convenient to the customer. Customer to pay the return postage cost.

​​

WillStreetTWF.com reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee, subject to inspection of the returned device.

​

Refund will be made as soon as the inspection is completed.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE UK

 

Generally items cannot be returned. This is because of the very high shipping cost to China and the difficulty shipping batteries and the high cost of VAT and customs charges to send to the UK.

We require the customer's assistance to verify compatibility and suitability before shipment. Should a quality issue arise we, together with the factory, aim to avoid the need for returns whenever possible.

 

Please be sure that the Attachment will be compatible with your wheelchair and be suitable for your use, before purchase.
